Where are you and is it easy to access?

We're on Thorp Arch Estate, just a few minutes from Wetherby and the surrounding villages, with free parking right outside the door — far more spaces than we'll ever need. The practice is all on the ground floor and fully accessible, including for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.

Are children under 12 really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, really. With every adult member of our practice we include one child under 12 for free examinations and required preventative treatment. Additional children are £3 per month, with specific fees for treatment on baby teeth to keep costs affordable. We never want cost to be the reason a child misses a visit.

Question 3

Do you offer hygiene appointments?

Yes. For most patients we build hygiene straight into your check-up — your dentist cleans your teeth as part of the same visit, so nothing gets missed and you're not making separate trips. If you need more regular hygiene care, for example to manage gum disease, we'll arrange additional appointments, which may be with a hygienist if required.

Do you offer membership plans?

Membership is the backbone of our practice. It gives patients peace of mind that examinations, emergencies and, if required, routine treatment are covered — plus benefits including priority access, out-of-hours contact, members-only treatment fees, whitening and sports guards.

Question 5

Are you open evenings and weekends?

Accepted Answer

Yes to both. We offer evening and Saturday appointments for patients who can't attend during the day or midweek, and we're contactable by telephone, email, WhatsApp, text and video call. We can also offer remote consultations where you don't need to attend in person.

Do you have any awards?

No — and that's deliberate. Most dental awards involve practices nominating themselves and paying to attend expensive ceremony evenings. We'd rather put that money into looking after our patients, and be judged on our reputation and the friends and family our patients send our way.
