Patient care. Everything we do is about patient care. We aim to set a new standard of what is possible regarding patient care. From the first hello to the end of the appointment we want every interaction to be excellent. Not just so our patients feel welcomed, listened to and looked after but also so the treatment provided is comfortable, long lasting and looks brilliant. We want to finish our working days proud that we have provided 100% for each patient. We always want to remain at the forefront in technology and research in dentistry so we have the confidence that we really are offering as much as we can.
To us, anxious patients are what we call normal people. For most, attending a dental appointment is never going to be something to ecstatically look forward to. This is where we do whatever we can to make it as comfortable and manageable as possible. Probably one of the most rewarding things we do on a regular basis is take patients who are almost too scared to sit in the chair and undo years of dental anxiety and phobia allowing them to eventually be treated as normally as possible.
Definitely. We all have our strengths, we all have our ways and patterns and preferences. There will not ever be a dentist who is the best dentist for absolutely everyone so we want to find you the dentist who will best meet you needs. We will always do what we can for every patient and if there is ever a situation where we feel a patient could be best cared for in a different way we are well connected within the dental world to ensure every patient gets the care they deserve.
